Ed has just bought an investment property in Christchurch. It's got this hideous color up the top, isn't it? No, it's this ugly, like greenish brown. And of course, I bought this when the market was a bit frothy. So nobody cared about the design. But I think what's important to note is even though I don't think it looks like the most beautiful thing in the world, I don't care. It doesn't matter. It's an investment property. It's not going to affect how quickly it rents. Ed: When it comes to new builds, it's really important that you don't list it too far in advance of you actually
