The Role of Great Britain and the United States in the Debt Crisis

Mexico is at the same time the country where the debt crisis risks bringing down the entire financial system. It's symbolizing in a way the weakening of oil exporters and the weakening of third world countries. The last diplomatic effort of this so-called North South dialogue took place in Canquil in Mexico in 1981. So in many ways it's a symbolic country.
