We're always driving down the cost. If you look at the number one health care costs we're going to have for our 200,000 plus to be made since 600,000 families. So we have a high interest in actually managing that. That takes behavioral management and we work with companies on that. It takes dietary management. And we have a big fitness program in the company and everything. All this is just to let people manage their own health. We help them make it.
