The Texas Governor's Response to a Border Barrier

The department of justice has sued governor Greg Abbott after the state refused to remove buoys in the Rio Grande, installed in an effort to block migrants from crossing. The federal government says the barriers are dangerous and unlawful, while there governor said he had a right to defend the state's border.
