How to Get More Private With DNS
Every app you use, every website you use and everything on your network is constantly doing DNS queries. You can build a pretty decent profile of what a family or a household or a business has behind that firewall just by monitoring those DNS requests. Using Pihull or AdGuard will prevent that traffic from really ever hitting your end user,. things like ads and malware and things like that. So it never even gets downloaded over the network, never even transfers, doesn't take up any extra bandwidth.
