I think In some ways things haven't changed significantly, right? We're still seeing A real attachment to the sort of failed drug war policies of the past. There was a moment where harm reduction which had been so vilified for so long Got some attention and there's been some education of the public around harm reduction strategies. But I will say that policy thrust of harm reduction Is not widespread and is still remains very uh a very challenging fight.
