Introduction
An estimated 5 million workers are at risk of becoming acutely underskilled in basic skills by 2030. We're going to explore the reasons behind this tech skill shortage and what we can do to address it. The digital sector contributed to a whopping 151 billion to the UK's economy in 2019. And with the recent announcement of the UK digital strategy, the sector is expected to contribute an incredible 41.5 billion and creating 678,000 new jobs.
