Mutual Funds vs ETFs

Wright: Both mutual funds and e t f are just baskets of holdings, right? So when you think about the equity side, af mutual fund, it's just a fund that buys a bunch of stocks to try to accomplish some gold they were bonds or real estate. An e t f is the same thing, right? They basically kind of do the same type of thing. Wright: A lot of this comes down to also just the straight up cost. And we've got the trend now where e t s are getting free in a lot of cases if you have enough money. But, but sometimes there's trading costs with with placing the trades.
