Nurses at New York City's Mount Sinai Hospital are not backing down. Thousands of nurses were offered a 19 percent pay raise, but they still want the hospital to hire more staff. The strike forced Mount Sinai to transfer hundreds of patients like these NICU babies to nearby hospitals.
