The Challenges of China's Competitiveness

The Economist magazine says right now China is trying to build an alternative global order. But if you talk to the countries that accept the Chinese loans there's a lot of disappointment they see that they are getting into a new debt trap. We need to be more efficient we need to mobilize resources not only government spending because that alone will not do the trick.
