Early Adoptors

The needs of early adoptors are different than the needs of main stream customers. Geffrey, moore would have talked about this as the chasm problem 20 years ago and it's still out there. If they're big differences and needs, and you go charging off with a product that's tuned to the early adoptors, you're going to miss the mark with the main street. Therear lots of ways you can do it as an ontropanera. You can build for the early adoptor and then hide features for the main stream. You can bet that a simpler version will be good enough for them.
