Oil and Gas Development Impact

There is no subsidy in this bill for oil and gas development. There is a big thumb on the scale for all of the competition to oil and gas. It caudifies the floor price for royalties and rental so basely, when you lease a land, at least federal, and if until you produce,. that rental price goes up by a factor of ten yuekl for the next several years. And so in aggregate, this bill is pushing down demand for lium products in natural gas, driving the first sustained decline in demand for those fuels in us.
