Is Vladimir Poton Bluffing or Not?

The debate always boils down to whether vladimir poton is just, at the end of the day, he's ideologically driven. He wants to reconstitute the soviet union. Obviously, as everybody says, he considers its collapse the greatest geopolitical tragedy of the twentieth century. In ukraine, they are culturally apart. Is a demo. Is a troubled nation. It suffers from corruption and all kinds of politic of disputes. But it is a democratic nation. And this is a problem for Vladimir puten who doesn't exactly believe that ukrane is a real country - historically or otherwise.
