I read this book of short stories called dark companions, and by the time i got to the end, i thought, that's what i want to now. And immediately i sat down and kind of wrote a copy of one of those stories and tot my version of it, and kept on doing it. It was like a proper vocational thing, because id, i was caricatured as being lazy when i was at school ad, you know, i was not conscientious, and my attention wandered.
