Is There a Need for Infrastructure?
In New Hampshire, real estate went up a lot. It seems to be very hard to actually migrate there without causing massive increases in price. I think one problem is that and this is true in other sort of major work abroad cities like Mexico City and Lisbon is that people want to move to the same places. If everybody wants to be in the same place that creates problems. How do you create these communities that are more spread out and linked by different things?
