i think the tendency to describe and deal with ad h d from an outside perspective, what it looks like, has drawn attention away from the actual lived experience of the person. What makes me anxious is knowing that i've almost certainly forgotten something important right now as we speak. We know that anxiety and depression are very often co morbid with a d h d. But why that is, i dont knoi also don't know. Anyways, i just talk for a long time, but this is a po isok? Ere alloud, you're rightlik. Sometimes you can just like, feeling to the microphone. Its knust like that. That's what i'm feeling.
