The Benefits of House Hacking in the DC Area
House hacking is a repeatable, profitable strategy for folks in the DC area at today's prices. It would be more challenging in the neighborhood that I am in currently just because property values have gone up probably 40 or 50%. There are still emerging neighborhoods and going through gentrification where you can make it work. Being in these gentrifying neighborhoods is a really great place to be in.
