Finally, Mark Penn calls in and praises President Trump's State of the Union speech as exceptionally powerful, with its effective storytelling, patriotic rhetoric, and emotional-policy blend - contrasting it with past speeches like Bill Clinton's. He also explained that the Democrats appearing to win by losing amid widespread voter unease with the economy and both parties.
