You can Google a low fee therapy and the name of your town or city. The thing I tell a lot of people is if you've ever experienced sexual abuse, uh, you can contact the rape and incest national network, RAINN.org. There are a lot of survivor programs out there that are paid for that people don't know about. And California is actually really, really good state. So check it out. Unless you don't feel like going to therapy and then fuck me.
