The Metagame: A Game of Time Travel
In Steinsgate, you have a kind of interesting character who has discovered a way of using his cell phone to spoil alert to time travel. He uses it to save his friends from being killed and he tries to go back in time to undo the timeline that had led to that friends killed. Each time, each time he resets to a particular day, a different friend ends up getting killed until finally he finds the right long but I won't get into too many of the details.
