What Does a Working Kiwi Build Policy Look Like?

A recent poll by Curie and the Taxpayers Union suggested that people felt that Kiwi build was a failure, but they still believe the policy like this was necessary. The state has built over 20,000 houses, but there are still 26,000 families on the urgent list. In 1935 we had more than 40,000 families needing homes. This was a major housing problem. By 1939 we were building over 8,000 houses a year. And it's a good solution all round.
