The Prolific Offender Paul Smith

Paul Smith, age 65, has been in and out of court since 1972 when he was just 14 years old. The pervert sickening acts have seen him exposing himself to lone women at bus stops, children and gardens all over the place. In the latest matter, he was foiled by a bus driver who spotted him gesturing for bus passengers to look in his direction as he weaved his anybody. He will remain subject of a lifetime sexual harm prevention order and must register as has been for years as a sex offender.
