i've been doing it for like nine years and then last year i started to include honey and fruit again and now a little bit more like rice again. My girlfriend loves to bake sourdough so like a fermented grain i think is fine um because that's actually if you look at traditional in the diets they process them somewhere some way usually fermenting soaking the grains which a lot of these grains have anti nutrients in them one of them being a phytic acid.
