Richard Holbrooke: What can we learn from Northern Ireland? Why can it teach us about any of the Ukraine war? Holbrook: I think there are some parallels. Don't try to deal with every last territorial issue, final status of that. But try to get a ceasefire now, which is what again happened in Northern Ireland.
