The Floor Ceiling Combination in Fantasy Baseball

Two names that I really like in this tier are Brandon Woodruff and Zach Wheeler. The fastball velocity was down a little bit last year coming back from the shoulder injury for Zach Wheeler, but if you look at his month by month velocity, it actually went up as the season went along. Maybe they won't be the SP-1 in fantasy this season, but I feel really good that they will be NSP-1.
