I'd invite people to come and spend the week so like I'd get like skin man and be like hey man come up do the week we'll live together we'll do this training. The recovery side of things would literally be a month of vice-bards you know twice as you know like I just feel like it maybe a fair bit of your training could be stretching and so on as well. That's still a useful part of training but it's the low impact on the body compared to doing all just classes for example yeah.
