Why Don't You Charge Me?
There's got to be more creative solutions than just charging me money, absolutely. People also think that once you charge the money, i will lead to pressures to create other kinds of solutions as well. For most everyone, what this is is a tax that covers just a portion of the actual cost of them coming in. You can have a world where if people are ar polluting, they have to pay for it.
