What's the End of the Bear Market?
Markets don't move in a straight line. This is still part of a cyclical bear market, which I view as part of a secular bulk. We've seen some evidence now that people are being caught off guard at a time when health care is working very, very well. The second largest sector is part of the S&P doing extraordinarily well. Consumer discretionary on an equated basis has beaten staples.
