Oxfam's Culture Change - How to Address Discrimination and Harassment

Oxfam was tainted by a scandal which involved discrimination and abuse of females. It took years for Oxfam to publicly acknowledge what had happened. The organisation now has a compulsory code of conduct that every employee signs. We have mandatory training, we have professional staff who are versed in how to handle reports of misconduct. And importantly, we're very transparent about where we're receiving reports of misconduct and publish our actions.
