Is There a Relationship Between Capitalism and Industrial Production?
In a moment where there appears to be a productivity crisis infecting the entire capitalist world system, does the question of service work also now pose a more general question about the future of capitalism? Yes. I mean, this is the most ambitious claim that leno, my book, tries to kind of hint at. But can't really prove w i think we have to see capitalism as something that emerges prior to manufacturing, but enabled the rise of manufacturing and depended upon it.
