Tina Susiele: We filed this lawsuit after we gave the LA Times, I don't know how many opportunities to right their wrongs. The theory is that they missed the boat on breaking the Tom Jorardi story. And once that story broke, they covered that, you know, as frequently as possible. They somehow thought that if this was what happened with Jorardi, that mark being another prominent attorney in California, this must also be the case with him. So they started this campaign and it's an interesting read.
