Is Vanguard Charging for Paper Statements?
Vanguard is charging customers 20 dollar a year junk fee per account, unless you have just huge money in it. Christa McAuliffe: Vanguard has been so ham handed and how they've handled this was pathetic. She says the company doesn't really do a good job of connecting with the rest of the world. The corporate offices are basically in the middle of nowhere but haven't been there for years.
