I read that you successfully recruited over 40% of female and non binary consultants in next generation technology. Can you expand on this and how you also want to increase this figure further over the next few years? Yeah, this is really important for us because at the moment we're very lucky we get a huge amount of applications. In the last 12 months we've had something like 40,000 applications across the UK and US to work with us. We go a long way in looking at how do we get on the radar of a wider set of people as possible.
