The Biden Administration's Plan to Improve Relations With Cuba

The Biden administration is very clear. They're going to improve relations with Cuba, they're looking for a state visit. So you would think somebody would introduce legislation saying until the Chinese spy station, whatever it is, we don't have to give the details that they're a top secret. The congressman and senator could do that today. I hope someone does.
