Some of these prosecutorial theories on these cases are so frustrating because they take the stance. The prosecutor will say, you know, I hear a lawyer say, or like worksman said if she wasn't the governor's wife, she'd be just another bimbo who was trying to make it in Hollywood and he got excoriated for that. This is an offshoot of an argument that I've always made that could win any case. If you're ever in charge or you've ever been paid to defend one of these hot blonde Florida teachers who was accused of having sex with an underage student, it it sounds bizarre, but it's not true.
