Imenya: When you know a business owner takes the time to respond to me or o no care about anything, i have to say, i love it. I fe like i have that personal touch. If you can really create that personal touch, or you're going to win, yes? And what i loved about that situation was the humanity of the business ownerr they just came out and said, look, everybody else reading this, i tried with this person, but all they want to do is gripe. So i got to gif.
