In some states, default interests might be possible. So that part, as long as you're trying to price in, it's going to be about 24 hundred dollars in legal fees. And again, everybody kind of goes for that default nuclear option first. But yet, have to build in and at least have some sort of knowledge on what the time line is.

For average investors, private money lending has been mentally squared away as “something mega-wealthy people do.” Most investors will write off lending money because they think they lack the experience or funds to do a successful deal.
