When it becomes a ventured capitalist or private equity game, you just get into a pure bottom line and how can we prep this brand to sell in three years and make a double our money sort of thing. And so it was less about the people and more about what we look like externally, and how do we sell ourselves. There's some great learning from that industry that i've 've taken away and continued to use. If you don't have the customers best interests at heart first, then it's probably not the right industry for you.
