You may need to use a few pillows or cushions to support your feet if they're not firmly on the floor. Close your eyes and keep your eyes slightly elevated as you meditate. At the point between your eyebrows this is referred to as your spiritual eye in yoga and meditation, which keeps your thoughts uplifted.
