Is Abortion a Forcing and Induced Birth?

I think that, in my opinion, abortion would be a forced and induced labor, a forced birth. I feel like i can't force the woman to to carry all the way to term. That was ron paul's point, is that this not be a federal issue whatoever. Now, cavanagh, being the federalist that he is, also throws in that congress can democratically create a law about this um, even though i don't even believe they can do that.
