The Henry Milner Algorithm for Type Stuff

OCaml is a functional programming language that Robin Milner made in the 70s. OCaml has open types and all these different types that allow you to do dynamic-ish type things. The unit kernel project I work on uses functors galore. There's even a library called functoria to make your functors better.
