The Zaparija nuclear power plant is near the front line, currently held by the Russians. The threat of some sort of accident happening there continues to be high. Over in Russia, Putin came out swinging on opening day of Russian energy forum. He blamed Ukraine for the Crimea bridge attack and denied withholding gas supplies to the European Union.
