It's all about training yourself to make them into an unconscious habit. You can put a teeny piece of tape on your lips when you're answering emails just to remind you to keep your mouth shut. And after a while, after a few weeks, sometimes it might take people a few months, you will be closing your mouth throughout the day without a doubt. It's all about becoming aware of it. We're not aware of the benefits that we'll be getting if we become obligate nasal breathers.
