The Importance of Being Mindful in the Motion Design Industry

The motion design industry is actually smaller than some people think. Names do get around, and that is something that as a student, you have to be mindful of. I feel like skills probably 51% of the equation for everybody I've ever hired. But very quickly, like kind of like matrix is personality, right? It's, is this person humble? Does this person communicate well? Do they want to collaborate? Do they just have like positive energy? Are they really good at connecting people together?
