The curse in the lampton family is an interesting thing. English newspaper articles placed this story back round the time of the twelfth century. According to historical record, at least four lantens in the nine generation time frame died violently and not in their beds. The legend remains pretty well known in england. In doing research for the story, i found a newspaper article from 19 forty, one speculating on the curse. It was announcing the death of the 20 year old viscount lampton, my supposed self inflicted gunshot wound. This grandmother died on her granddaughter's wedding day.
