The Appraisal Process

When the market crashed, the government said it was the bank's folk and the appraisers. Now we can't have direct contact with an appraiser. We need people that look like us going into our neighborhoods valuing our property. Most most of these folks don't. And especially if you're a minority, learning how to value properties could be a good way for you to learn the real estate market.
