The indictment does not say what that second crime is, which is completely inexplicable to me. It's like we're in upside down world because he spends most of his time turning felonies into misdemeanors. The fact is laid out today could be a compelling argument but before they even get there, they're going to have to overcome the legal issues. I haven't seen anyone say this is terrible and it's just a matter of time before he's convicted. But he's got to come back in December.
