The ghost who is tormented and whos snowball the tailor. Wasn't a very good story teller, was quite er, quite nervous about upsetting local people. So this story has a lot of my fictional style to it. A tha tries to tease out the gloominess that you've recognized in the original,. But overlays it with another sort of gothic vision that i'm developing in other fiction that i'm writing at the moment.
