Epidural hematomas are very rare we're talking about 1 in half a million. Stimulae epidural abscesses are very very rare as well so less than 1 in 100 thousand. And when we give our epidural drugs this can sometimes cause a spinal anesthetic rather than an epidural which may be unsafe
