I would be more okay with it if jake had said we've already been putting our mortgage repayments aside and there are payments. long before you sign another contract yeah I think just to know what life looks like when you've got those two outgoings the biggest thing here is the beauty of being able to free vest for the moment like live that up while you can totally no not forever but one thing and you've probably all over this jake but when you've complete this build you'll have a blank template of house that needs to be filled with furniture and fridges and dishwasher and everything else that goes with it so over expect to pay for that stuff.
